Refund eligibility
Refunds are available only if no mentorship service or guidance has been delivered. Once you receive any consultation, documents assistance, or communication, refunds are not provided.
All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
Once mentorship sessions or personal coaching begins, fees are non-refundable.
Digital products, downloadable content, and personalized plans are non-refundable after delivery.
Processing refunds If approved, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once processed.
Exchanges and cancellation Exchanges do not apply as services are digital and personalized. You may cancel future scheduled mentorship sessions by notifying us in advance, but refunds for paid full programs with started services are not granted.
